BITTERSWEET COCOA · DARK SUGAR · RED APPLE
Guatemala
Description
This is our very first offering, and we're so happy to bring you a coffee that feels very familiar, with a lively brightness. It leads with a rich cocoa-forward body and a touch of refined bittersweetness, gradually opening up into a sugary, juicy sweetness as you let it cool.

Where it comes from
Punta del Cerro sits in a valley between two steep mountain slopes in La Libertad, Huehuetenango. The surrounding natural forest provides ideal shade, while the high elevation and cool climate slow cherry development, contributing to the coffee’s density and depth. Coffees from this area tend to be structured and sweet.
