CHOCOLATE · VANILLA · CHERRY
Colombia
Description
I was looking for something I could drink every day, in any brewing style, and this is the profile I fell in love with. This one is a staple. Heavy-bodied, with chocolate undertones, a soft vanilla feel, and just a pop of cherry acidity. I hope you enjoy this cup as much as we do.

About the producers
Sourced from various smallholder farmers across Pitalito, these small, family-owned farms grow a mix of Typica, Caturra, and Castillo varieties. Each farm brings its own care to the harvest
Where it comes from
Pitalito sits in Huila, one of Colombia's most celebrated coffee-growing regions. Known for its humid climate, rich volcanic soil, and steady temperatures, the area produces coffees with a signature depth and complexity. The main harvest runs September through December, with a second crop following in the spring.
Processing notes
Washed processed, meaning the fruit is fully removed before the beans are dried, allowing the true character of the bean and the region to shine through in the cup. This lot is also Supremo grade, a Colombian quality designation indicating a larger bean size, which is often associated with a more consistent and even roast.
